AI automation for your business
We find the repetitive work in your business that AI can take on, then automate it one process at a time. Senior engineers from our Sydney team build each automation and support it afterwards.
Ask about a workshopEvery business has work that repeats. Someone copies figures from one system into another, reads every invoice to check it, writes the same report each week or chases the same overdue items. AI can now take on much of this. The hard parts are knowing which work to start with, and knowing where your data goes once an AI service is involved.
We start with a workshop. Our engineers sit with the people who do the work, find where their time goes and pick the processes where automation would pay off. We then automate one of them as a pilot and measure it against the way it was done before, so you see a working result before you decide on more. Where a process would be better fixed with ordinary software, or by changing the process itself, we tell you.
We run this kind of automation on our own business, and we show it to you working before you start.
How an engagement runs
ONE PROCESS FIRST, THEN THE NEXT
Find where the time goes
We meet the people who do the work, list the repetitive tasks and estimate the time each one takes. You receive a written shortlist that ranks the tasks by the time automation would save and the risk involved, and says what automating each one would take.
Automate one process
We automate the first process on the shortlist and connect it to the systems you already use. A person checks its output until the results show it can be trusted. The scope and cost of the pilot are agreed before it starts.
Compare it with the old way
We compare the time spent, the errors and the turnaround with how the process ran before, using your own records. You then decide whether to keep going.
Keep it running, then do the next one
We monitor and support the automations we build, and move on to the next process on the shortlist when you are ready.
What we automate in our own business
THE SYSTEMS WE DEMONSTRATE TO CLIENTS
Our ERP reads a tender's documents, lists its questions, checks them against what we can deliver and drafts the answers, then reviews the draft as an evaluator would. Our staff check the work at set points and decide what is submitted.
AI reviews the security events from our systems every day and passes the ones that need a closer look to an engineer, with its reasons.
Each new batch of outgoing payments in our accounting system is compared with six months of history, and anything unusual is raised for a person to check.
A daily email summarises industry news and activity on our website, so nobody has to collect it by hand.
Our blog pipeline researches each topic and drafts the post for review. An editor at PicNet decides what is published.
AI audits our website pages for search problems and proposes what content to write next.
Your data and your costs
THE TWO QUESTIONS CLIENTS ASK FIRST

For client automation we run AI models inside your own Microsoft Azure or AWS account, through Azure AI Foundry or AWS Bedrock, in an Australian region. Your data is not sent offshore and is not used to train public models, and the engineers who work on it are in Sydney.
The workshop and the pilot are each priced before they start. Before you approve an automation, we estimate what it will cost to run each month, including the AI usage charges from Microsoft or AWS, so you can weigh that against the time it saves.
- A person approves the output until the results show it can be trusted
- Every automated action is logged
- Automations run inside your systems, under your access controls
