Who We Are
PicNet Pty Ltd (ABN 96 096 382 982) was founded in 2001 and has operated continuously from Sydney ever since. The company is headquartered in Crows Nest, and every service is delivered locally by its own team.
PicNet does not run a junior-heavy leverage model. Systems are designed, built and supported by senior engineers and architects with between ten and thirty years of experience each, and the people who build a system are usually the same people supporting it years later.
AI consulting, custom software development, cloud migration and management, systems integration, managed IT support, and enterprise IT hardware and software licensing, for Australian businesses and government organisations.
PicNet builds and maintains Centazio, an open-source .NET integration platform that runs in production at organisations including Guide Dogs NSW/ACT and the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia.

Since funding PicNet in 2001, Marco has been responsible for its overall strategic direction, its consulting services and its business development. Marco's experience includes Company Director, CIO, Business Technology Consultant and IT Project Manager. He has managed large and medium size IT functions for national and international corporations.
